The substantial English brass movement with platform escapement sounds the quarters on a carillon of eight bells and the hours on a coiled gong.

The case has been polished.  There is evidence of an old small repair to the mahogany veneer on the left hand side of the case which is visible in the photo images.

The movement has been fully serviced by our qualified Horologist.

This  a very elegant clock of very pleasing proportions being only 14 inches tall (handle down) and presents in beautiful condition.  The platform escapement makes for easy setup and movement as there is no requirement for a pendulum.
